摘要
气象卫星MODIS作为可见到红外的探测器,在云覆盖下不能探测到地表。根据地物光谱特征和卫星信号接收原理,提出了一种利用MODIS气象卫星识别水体的简单而有效的方法,将卫星2通道与1通道进行比值计算,在得到的比值图像中不仅无云晴空下,而且薄云覆盖下的水体都有着较好的识别效果。以2005年汛期时巢湖水体为例,得到了较好的结果,并对实验结果进行了分析,证实了此方法用于薄云下水体识别的有效性。
Meteorological satellite MODIS is a kind of visible-infrared sensor. MODIS cannot detect land through cloud. Based on the spectral characteristics of underlying-surface and the principle of satellite observation, a simple and effective method for waterbody identification using MODIS data is put forward, which is the ratio band of channel 2 by channel 1. The effect result of waterbody identification in the ratio image can be obtained. Using this method, water can be identified not only in cloud-free areas, but also under semitransparent cloud. This method was used successfully in Lake Chaohu, Anhui, drainage area in 2005 flood season. It can be approved that the method is effective to identificate waterbody under semitransparent cloud.
