摘要
世界历史演进的历程表明,现代法治国家的建立与市场经济和市民社会具有不可分割的联系,如何完成中国传统社会现代化转型的进程,关系到中国能否进入一个民主与法治的时代。从探讨乡土社会和市民社会的概念出发,反观中国社会转型的症结所在,可以发现农村土地制度的变革是其中的一条主线和推动因素。
The progress of the world history indicates that there is very strong relation between the civil society,the market economy and the founding of a country which is ruled by law.So how to accomplish the change from a traditional society to a modernized society affects that whether or not china can step into a democratic and law-ruled era. This paper sets out from the concept of rural society and civil society.From which,we can make such conclusion that the rural land system is a tremendous enhangcing element.
