制备电泳技术现状及其发展的“场”、“流”分析 被引量:1

摘要 生物分离技术是生物科学技术研究成果产业化过程中必须解决的关键技术之一.本文就制备电泳技术的发展及其在生物产品分离过程中的应用进行了综述,用“场”和“流”的概念对这些技术进行了分析和归纳,并就制备电泳技术研究中存在的问题及其解决途径进行了探讨. The development of bioseparation technique is of essential importance for industri-alization of bioprocess. Recent developments of preparative electrophoresis technique were re-viewed with emphasis on these ones which contribute. distinguished principles and experimental ways to scaling up electrophoresis. A new classification of these techniques was made on the basis of their dynamic characteristics described by 'Field' and 'Flow'. The general features of these electrophoresis processes were discussed from the viewpoint of 'Field' and 'Flow'. The new op-tions in the development of large scale electrophoresis techniques were also pointed out.
