摘要
采用通用有限元软件ANSYS对聚丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)材料缺口试件的缺口处应力状态进行了弹塑性分析计算,考察了ABS切口试件的拉伸强度与切口几何尺寸(切口深度和切口底部圆弧半径)之间的关系,并将计算结果与实验结果作了比较,结果表明,有限元计算结果基本支持实验关于ABS材料的缺口敏感性的相关结果。
The finite element analysis of the software ANSYS was used for calculating the stresses of the ABS notch samples. The relationships between tensile strength of the ABS notch samples and the notch depthes, and the radiuses of the circular arc of the notch bottom were studied. The results of finite elemental analysis have been compared with the experiment results.
