摘要
采用宏观检查、化学分析、金相检验、能谱分析和断口扫描等方法,对月亮湾燃机电厂5号机海水泵阀门轴承座失效原因进行分析。分析结果显示,失效主要为缝隙腐蚀引起的沿晶脆性断裂,对此提出了使用不吸湿的垫片或填料、轴承座边缘部位喷耐蚀涂层(?)刷防腐涂料,以及改变设计结构,避免出现缝隙及停滞区等措施。
Adopting methods, such as macroscopic inspection, chemical analysis, metallographic examination, energy spectrum analysis, and fracture scanning etc. , the causes leading to bearing pedestal falure of the valve concerning seaweter pump of unit no. 5 have been analysed. It is believed that the main cause to be intercrystalline brittle fracture resulted from crevice corrosion. For this reason, some measures have been put forward, namely using non - hygroscopic gaskets or fillers; edges of the bearing pedestal to be sprayed with corrosion resistant coating or brushed with anticorrosive paint; changing designed structure to advoid crevice and stagnated regian, etc.
