摘要
目的探讨术后胃功能性排空障碍(术后胃瘫综合征)的治疗方法。方法对1995～2005年20例胃瘫患者用以五苓散加味为主的中西医结合治疗的临床资料的回顾性分析。结果20例患者均经保守治疗治愈出院,25%1周内治愈,75%2周内治愈,95%3周内治愈,所有病人4周内治愈。结论胃瘫患者采取非手术治疗一般均可治愈,针对可能的发病机制采取五苓散加味为主的中西医结合综合治疗可能收到更好的疗效。
[Objective] To explore treatment of postoperative functional delayed gastric emptying （FDGE or PGS postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome）, [Mothod] 20 cases （patients with PGS） were treated mainly by Wnling San （powder of five medicinal herbs）. [Result] Of the 20 patients, 5 （33.3%） recovered in one week, 12 （80%） in two weeks, 14 （93-3%） in three weeks, and all the 15 （100%） 1 in four weeks. [Conclusion] Postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome can be cured by conservative therapy such as Wuling San.
