摘要
本试验选择3只安装永久性瘤胃瘘管、体重25 ̄30kg的羯羊,使用特异性16SrRNA目标探针进行斑点杂交研究绵羊瘤胃固相纤维降解菌的动态变化规律。结果表明:3种纤维分解菌的RNA占总菌数RNA的15.76%;在各时间点产琥珀酸拟杆菌的相对含量均高于黄化瘤胃球菌和白色瘤胃球菌相对含量。
Three 25 - 30 kg sheep with ruminal cannula were used to study variety disciplinarian of solid attached ruminal predominant cellulolytic bacteria.Three cellulolytic bacteria was quantified by dot-blot hybridisation using specific 16S rRNA-targeting probes.The sum of RNA of the three main cellulolytic bacterial species represented on average 15.76 % of the total bacterial RNA.In all samples,the relative population size of F.succinogenes was higher than that of R.albus and R.flavefaciens.
