摘要 饲料的水分活度(Aw),是指在相同温度下的密闭容器中,饲料的水蒸汽压与纯水蒸汽压之比。本文综述了饲料中水分活度及其应用的研究进展。 The feeds water activity (Aw)is referred to under the same temperature in the airtight container,the feeds steam presses ratio of pure water vapor tension,Water activity of feeds and its application were reviewed,
