摘要
为了探讨时效处理对镁合金冲击性能的影响,采用现代冶金分析和测试方法,研究了AZ80镁合金在不同时效温度下的冲击韧性变化规律,并分析了冲击断口特征。结果表明,随着时效温度的升高,冲击韧性呈下降趋势。140~200℃时效时,韧性下降最快。AZ80镁合金冲击时的断裂属于准解理断裂。断口有河流花样出现。
In order to study the effects of ageing treatment on impact property of AZ80 magnesium alloy,the modern metallurgy analysis and test methods were adopted.The changing law of impact toughness and impact fracture characteristic were investigated with AZ80 magnesium alloy at different ageing Treatment temperature.The results indicate that impact toughness of alloy will descend with ageing Treatment temperature increasing.Especially the impact toughness of alloy will descend rapidly when the temperature is between 140~200 ℃.The impact fracture of AZ80 magnesium alloy belong to quasi-cleavage fracture。Fractures have the river patterns.
