摘要
广东电子商务立法一直走在全国的前列,《广东省电子交易条例》就是我国内地的第一部电子商务专门立法,其先进性得到了广泛的肯定。随着电子商务及其立法和研究的进一步发展,广东电子商务立法应当进行必要的完善和发展。
