摘要
从资源的角度研究企业的无形资源管理问题,学术界这方面的成果甚少。从企业资源的无形性有形性把创造价值要素分为无形资源和有形资源。忽视无形资源的管理是中国企业的通病。改革开放以来中国的许多名牌企业倒闭被兼并,以及加入WTO后,中国企业由于出口产品技术含量低相互压价遭遇反倾销越来越多的事实,充分证明企业无形资源管理的重要性和迫切性。本文针对中国企业的实际情况,提出首先要从战略上增强无形资源的管理意识、建立机构、健全制度,其次要在微观层面加强对无形资源的开发与创造、保护与创新。以此为中国企业做大做强,增强其国际竞争力提供些有益的启示。
In the world of academy, there have been very few achievements about the invisible resources management of the enterprise. According to the value-creation factors, enterprise resources are divided into invisible resources and visible resources. It is a common fault for the Chinese enterprises to neglect the invisible resources management. Since Chinese reform and opening to the outside world, many enterprises with famous brands have been bankrupted or annexed and more and more Chinese enterprises have suffered the anti - dumping after joining the WTO due to the lower technique of expert products and mutual price pressing. Those facts fully reveal the importance and imminence of the enterprise' s invisible resources management. Based on the actual conditions of the Chinese enterprises, this paper firstly emphasizes the idea of the invisible resource management in respect of strategy, and advocates establishing the institutions and improving the systems; secondly, in the microrespect, the paper suggests enterprises should develop, create and protect the invisible resource. The conclusion of the paper would be helpful for Chinese enterprises to become stronger and the improvement of their international competitiveness.
