摘要
建设社会主义新农村是党中央根据我国经济社会发展的阶段特点,为解决“三农”问题而明确提出的重要战略举措,在建设新农村过程中,一个突出的社会现象必须关注,这就是剩余劳动力的转移。本文从剩余劳动力转移现状分析入手,对加强剩余劳动力职业培训提出了自己的一些思考。
Developing and constructing a new socialist rural area is a crucial strategy definitely put forward by our central government based on the stage economic development of our country. During the course of rural development, a prominent social phenomenon has to be paid attention to; namely, the transfer of surplus labor force. This paper makes some proposals to strengthen and improve the vocational training of the surplus labor force.
