摘要
目的了解某院普通外科手术切口感染原因，以采取有效措施降低切口感染率。方法对2003年全年普通外科手术进行登记，并回顾性调查一年中其手术切口感染状况。结果该科手术切口感染率为6．44％。其中，Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类切口感染率分别为1．01％、8．17％、13．04％，三者比较，差异有显著性（X^2=41．6，P＜0．005）；14～45岁、46～60岁、＞60岁者切口感染率分别为3．79％、5．92％、15．04％，三者比较，差异有显著性（X^2=35．2，P＜0．005）；急诊与择期手术切口感染率分别为13．95％与4．38％，二者比较，差异有显著性（X^2=144，P＜0．005）；手术持续时间≥120min与＜2120min者切口感染率分别为12．63％与3．70％，二者比较，差异有显著性（X^2=44．8，P＜0．005）；住院时间≤7d、8～14d、≥15d者切口感染率分别为0．34％、5．21％、14．21％，三者比较，差异有显著性（X^2=91．2，P＜0．005）；男性与女性患者手术切口感染率分别为6．98％与5．63％，二者比较，差异无显著性（X^2=1．6，P＞0．05）。结论该院普通外科手术切口感染率较高，其发生与患者切口类型、年龄、手术性质、手术持续时间、住院时间相关。
Objective To investigate the causes of surgical wound infection （SWI） in patients in department of general surgery, so as to take effective measures to reduce the infection rate of SWI. Methods General surgical operations in the year of 2003 were recorded, SWI state in patients were investigated retrospectively. Results The surgical wound infection rate was 6. 44% , infection rate in type Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ operation was 1.01% , 8. 17% and 13. 04% respectively（X^2 = 41.6 , P〈0. 005） ; infection rate was 3.79% , 5. 92% and 15.04% respectively in pa tients whose age was 14～45 , 46～60 and 2〉60 years old（X^2= 35. 2 , P〈0. 005） ; infection rate was 13. 95% and 4. 38% respectively in emergency and selected operation （X^2 = 144 , P〈0. 005） ; infection rate was 12.63% and 3.70% respectively in operation which lasted ≥120 minutes and 〈120 minutes respectively （X^2 = 44. 8 , P〈0. 005） ; infection rate was 0. 34% , 5.21% and 14. 21% in patients whose hospitalization time were≤7 days, 8～14 days and ≥15 days respectively （X^2 = 91.2, P〈0. 005） ; infection rate was 6. 98% and 5.63% respectively in male and female patients（X^2 =1.6, P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The surgical wound infection rate in patients in department of general surgery was high, the infection rate was related with the types of operation, patients＇age, feature of operation , the duration of operation and length of patients stay in hospital.
