摘要
目的 探讨直肠癌结肠造口患者出院后的生活体验。方法 采用质性研究方法，对15例直肠癌结肠造口术后生存1年以上的患者进行访谈。结果 由于原发疾病和造口的存在，造口者在生活中承受着极大的的心理压力，主要集中在排便控制、自理能力、经济压力、担心癌症复发、夫妻生活等方面。结论 护理人员应重视造口患者的内心体验，及时提供造口护理的知识和技能，并建立符合我国国情的家庭、社区康复护理模式。
Objective To study the life experiences for patients with rectal carcinoma and have accepted the colostomy. Methods Interviewed 15 patients with rectal carcinoma and have accepted the colostomy by qualitative research method. All the patients have survived at least one year after the operation. Results Most of the patients with rectal carcinoma and have accepted the colostomy have serious psychological pressure, such as how to control defecate, self-control, economic problem and cancer relapse. Conclusion The nurses should emphasized the psychological problem of this kind of patients, offer the relative knowledge and skills in time, and then shape a proper rehabilitation pattern in the end.
