摘要
本研究从C3CM系统的构成入手,分析了C3CM决策支持系统的基本需求,指出了C3CM决策是一个多目标决策问题。该决策支持系统有五个大的方面需要支持:多传感器、多信源融合和威胁识别;对抗方案选择;对抗资源分配;对抗效果评估;C3CM管理决策。研究了C3CM决策理论和方法,重点论述了分布式C3CM决策支持系统的构成原理和模型。在此基础上用BorlandC++Windows对以舰艇为平台的分布式C3CM智能决策支持系统的“对抗资源分配最优方案决策”
The paper starts from the structure of communication、 command and control system (C 3). The fundamental needs of C 3 countermeasure decision support system (C 3CM DSS)are demanded. The DSS system includes main areas, ①multisensor information fusion and threat identification. ② selection of electronic counter measure (ECM) schemes. ③ distribution of ECM resources. ④ evaluation of ECM effectiveness, and ⑤ management of C 3CM system. The basic theory and techniques of above areas of C 3CM system are studied. Emphasis is put on the structure and models of distributing C 3CMDSS. Then the optimum decision-making subsystem of the countermeasure, resources, management, which has application in the ship platform, is simulated. The subsystem featres distribution and intelligence C 3CM decision-making system. The simulation is accomplished of Borland C ++ language. Under the manual intervention, the simulation system can properly function the decision-making.
