摘要
目的:确定舒唐络胶囊中黄连的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交设计,以盐酸小檗碱的含量为指标,优选舒唐络胶囊中黄连的提取方法。用HPLC法测定盐酸小檗碱的含量,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸-十二烷基磺酸钠(40∶60∶0.12)。结果:最佳提取条件为6倍量70%乙醇回流2次,每次1.5h。结论:确定的最佳工艺所得盐酸小檗碱的提取率较高,可用于实际生产。
Objective: To optimize the preparation procedure of copds in Shutangluo Capsule. Methods: The orthogonal design (L9(34)) was carried out for the optimum extraction conditions of coptis in Shutangluo Capsule. By determining berberine hydrochloride with HPLC method, the mobile phase of HPLC was CH3CN-0.1% H3PO4-CH3 (CH2) 10CH2OSO2Na (40: 60: 0.12g). Results: The best extraction process was as follows: reflux with 6 times of 70% alcohol for two times, every time for 1 .5hr. Conclusion: The optimum extraction technology is rational and feasible with high extraction rate of berberine hydroehloride.
