摘要
通过在林区内合理布置的各个前端监控点,实时采集森林现场图像数据,凭借无线通信网的传输信道,把采集到的图像信息以数字方式传输至监控中心,同步实时显示,同时由火情自动监控报警软件负责实施图像监控和火情报警。
Scene image data real-time was gathered by monitoring points equipped in the forest around Tangpu Reservoir, Shangyu, Zhejiang province and was transferred to the control center to real-time display. Automatic fire software will realize image control and fire alarm.
