摘要
研究了新显色剂5-(5,7-二溴-8-喹啉偶氮)-2,3-二羟基吡啶(DBQADHP)与钴(Ⅱ)的显色反应。实验结果表明:在pH9.0的缓冲体系中,显色剂与钴(Ⅱ)发生灵敏显色反应,形成绿色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于670nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为7.6×104L·mol-1·cm-1,钴量在0~6μg/25mL范围内遵守比尔定律。方法应用于维生素B12中痕量钴的测定,结果满意。
The color reaction of 5-(5,7-dibromo-8-quindylazo)-2,3-dihydroxypyridine (DBQADHP) with cobalt has been studied systematically in this paper. In a medium with pH 9.0 DBQADHP reacts with cobalt (Ⅱ) to form a green complex, exhibiting maximum absorbanee at 670 nm, and the molar absorptivity is 7.6×10^4 L·mol^-1·cm^-1. Beers law is obeyed for 0-6 μg of cahalt in 25 mL solution. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of trace cobalt in vit.B12 with satisfactory results.
