摘要
从土壤中分离、纯化获得一株有良好脱色能力的真菌,编号M2.试验分别研究了不同脱色条件下M2对孔雀绿脱色效果.结果表明,M2对染料的脱色过程是先吸附然后逐渐降解.在添加0.15%吐温-80诱导剂时,培养4d,该菌脱色率由无诱导剂时的76%提高到96%.在保证良好的降解效果的前提下,M2能耐受6%的盐度.而辅助碳源、pH、温度对该菌降解染料均有影响.
A dye -decolorizing white rot fungus strain M2 is isolated from soil. The effect of several environmental conditions on decolorization is respectively studied by M2. The fungus M2 firstly adsorbs dyes and then begin to biodegrade them. It shows that the decolorization rate increases from 76% without tween-80 to 96% with the addition of 0. 15% of tween-80 after 4 days incubation. It also indicates that M2 could endure about 6% of salt during incubation period. Supplementary carbon source, pH and temperature also could affect the decorlorization rate.
