铝合金构件螺栓连接承压性能分析与设计方法 被引量:5

摘要 研究了无预紧力作用时螺栓连接铝合金的孔壁承压性能,利用有限元软件ANSYS进行了参数分析,分析了两种在国内广泛应用的铝合金6061-T6511和5083-H321其端距、螺栓直径以及板厚等对承压性能的影响.随着端距的减小,螺栓连接的破坏模式从承压破坏逐渐变成端部剪切破坏;当螺栓端距e>3.5d0时,端距的增加对于承压强度的影响已比较小;铝合金板的承压强度与螺栓直径以及板厚大致呈线性关系变化;给出了铝合金螺栓连接在无预紧力并且1.5≤e/d0≤4情况下的承压强度公式. The study focuses on the bearing strength of bolted connection in aluminum without pretension and precedes the parameter analysis with finite element program ANSYS, an analysis of the effects of edge distance, the diameter of bolt and the thickness of plate to the bearing strength. Two widely used aluminum alloys 6061-T6511 and 5083-H321 are examined. The damage model changes from bearing failure to shear failure with the reduction of edge distance. When the edge distance e is larger than 3.5d0, the edge distance bearing strength is weak. The bearing strength has linear relation to the diameter of bolt and the thickness of plate. The analysis presents the calculation formula for the bearing strength of bolted connection without pretension in aluminum alloy when edge distance is 1.5≤e/d0≤4.
