摘要
烧结机驱动装置属半悬挂非对称型柔性传动,为利用动力学的观点分析解决设备故障问题,将系统简化为四质量系统力学模型,通过建立运动微分方程组并求解,可得到系统的固有频率、扭振的角位移和扭振力矩。结果表明,扭振频率比转动频率大得多,在设计时除考虑其它载荷系数外,还应考虑扭振放大系数。
The driving device of sinter machine belongs to semi-suspended, asymmetrical and flexible gearing. In order to analyze and settle equipment failure by dynamical theory, the system is predigested as a mathematical model with 4 degree freedom. Though establishing kinetic differential equation system and solving, the natural frequency, the angle displacement and torsional vibration force moment can be known. The results show that the torsional vibration frequency is great much than rotational frequency, and the amplification coefficient of torsional vibration should be considered in design except to consider other load ccefficient.
