摘要
介绍了微张力控制在高速线材生产中的应用,该控制系统采用工业以太网与现场总线控制相结合的方式,由操作级、过程级和传动级三部分组成。通过具体分析“电流-速度”控制原理和微张力参数的计算,由转速的调节实现张力的改变,在高线的初、中轧机上实现了微张力控制。实际运行效果表明,系统结构合理,性能稳定,提高了轧机的作业率和产品的成材率,摆脱了生产过程对人的经验的依赖。
The application of minimal tension control in high speed wire production is introduced. The control system combined the Industry Ethemet and the Field bus control and consists of operation level, process level and drive level. Through analyzing the control principle "current-speed" and the calculation of minimal tension parameters and realizing the change of the tension by adjusting the speed, the minimal tension control is achieved in the bloomer and intermediate mill of the high speed wire rod mills. The practical operating effect shows that the system has a reasonable structure, steady performance. Then the operation rate and qualified product radio are increased and the production process does not depend on the experience of human.
