This paper introduces the OGSI specification, describes the design and architecture of OGSI. NET, discusses the major components including the dispatcher, service wrappers, factories and message handlers, and analyses persistence of OGSI. NET. Finally, it provides a programming example of grid application based on OGSI. NET.
