摘要
介绍了一种新型的CPU类器件的EMP效应模拟试验方法,通过比较脉冲前后测量波形及CPU寄存器存数的变化,能够更科学地反映电磁脉冲对CPU类电路的影响,得到的结果客观、准确。
This paper introduced a new test method to the effect of CPU device for EMP simulation. By comparing the change of wave shape and the number in the register,we can find out the EMP（ Electro Magnetic Pulse） effect to the CPU and get external results.
