摘要
目的观察茶碱治疗前后哮喘患者诱导痰IL-6水平的变化。评价IL-6与哮喘发病的关系。方法选择支气管哮喘患者60例随机分为茶碱治疗组和对照组,治疗组早餐及睡前各口服缓释茶碱100mg,吸入沙丁胺醇200μg,每日3次;对照组吸入沙丁胺醇200μg,每日3次;两组疗程均为8周。以诱导痰法收集两组患者治疗前、治疗1月和2月的痰液标本,采用ELISA法测定IL-6水平。结果在治疗后1月及治疗后2月,治疗组IL-6水平显著降低,分别为(395±67)pg/ml,(378±69)pg/ml,与治疗前相比有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论茶碱具有降低患者诱导痰IL-6水平的作用,此可能为茶碱治疗哮喘作用机制之一。
Objective： To observe the effective of theophylline on the level of IL - 6 in induced sputum of asthma and to eval-uate the relation between IL - 6 and asthma. Method： We studied 60 asthma patients, divided them into treatment group and control group between IL-6 and asthma.Method：We studied 60asthma patients,divided them into treatment group and control group randomized.The treatment group took theophylline Sustained Release Tablets 100mg before breakfast and sleeping,inhaling salbutamol 200μg,tid.The control group inhaled salbutamol 200μg,Tid.The course of treatment was 8 weeks both of two groups.We examiped the level of IL-6 （ELISA）in induced sputum before and after treatment.Results：IL-6 level was obviously descend compared with the level before the treatment,they are（395±67）pg/ml and （378±69）pg/ml.Conclusion：IL-6 level in asthma patients was obviously rised.It is suggested that IL-6 may be one of the mediums in high reactive in airway and aminophylline is to an in restraint of function for certainly.The study suggested that theophylline can reduce the level of IL-6 in induced sputum,and it may be one of mechanisms of theophyline.
