摘要
目的:对重建心阻抗微分图的基本波命名,探讨有关波幅和时间间期.方法:对180例正常成人重建心阻抗微分图的基本波进行归类分析,统计有关波幅和时间间期.结果:血管分量AO′,PL′,PR′有C波,X波和O波,C波为正向,X波为负向,O波有的为正,有的为负;心室分量LV′,RV′有b波,C波,O波,b波为一正向小波,C波为负向,O波为正向;AO′分量的C波幅度最大,PL′,PR′分量次之,LV′,RV′分量最小;心室分量的Q-C间期大于血管分量的Q-C间期.
AIM: To name the basic waves of reconstructed impedance differential cardiogram, and to investigate the amplitude and time interval of the waves. METHODS : The main waves of the reconstructed impedance differential cardiogram of 180 healthy adults were clarified and studied on their characteristics. The amplitude and interval of those waves were calculated statistically. RESULTS: The AO', PL' and PR' were constituents in blood vessel, and each of them had C wave in a positive direction, X wave in a negative direction and O wave in a positive direction or a negative direction. The LV' and RV' were constituents in ventricles of the heart, both of them had b wave in a small positive wave, C wave in a negative wave and O wave in a positive direction. The amplitude of C wave in constituent of AO' was the largest, that in constituent of PL' or PR' was the second, and LV' or RV' was the smallest. The Q-C interval of constituent in ventricles exceeded that in blood vessel. CONCLUSION: The research offers a basis for the clinical application of reconstructed impedance differential cardiogram.
