摘要
目的观察1年生栽植黄芪中黄芪多糖(APS1)及其与人参总皂苷(TC)联用时对人外周T细胞(hPBTCs)的增殖的影响。方法采用MTT比色法检测hPBTCs的增殖。结果APS1在25-100μg/ml范围内,TG在5-20μg/ml范围内均促进hPBTCs的增殖,增殖百分率分别为127.8%~144.6%和113.9%-163.1%,APS1与TC在上述浓度范围内联用时,增殖百分率为309.5%-529.5%。结论APS1明显促进体外培养的hPBTCs增殖,APS1与TG联用可能增加免疫功能,并具有一定的协同作用。
Objective To study the effects of polysaeeharide from the annual Astragalus ( APS, ) and combination with total ginsenoside (TG) on the proliferation of human peripheral T lymphocytes (hPBTCs) . Methods By MTT colorimetric analysis, the proliferation of hPBTCs was detected. Results The proliferation of hPBTCs was promoted by both APS1 (25 ×100 μg./ml) and TG. (5 ×20 μ/ml) ; the percentage of proliferation were 127.8%- 144.6 % and 113.9% - 163.1% ,respectively the percent of proliferation was 309.5% - 529.5% while APS, combined with TG in each concentration range. Conclusion The APS, can stimulate proliferation of hPBTCs in vitro and the combination of APS1 and TG can promote immune function.
