摘要
目的研究穿心莲水煮液对小鼠血糖的影响。方法分别对正常、肾上腺素诱导高血糖和四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠,以5,10,20 g.kg-1穿心莲灌胃给药,对照组给予相同体积纯化水,观察给药后的降血糖作用。结果穿心莲连续给药7d,能明显降低四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠的血糖,与纯化水对照组比较,差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。对正常小鼠血糖无影响;亦不能抑制肾上腺素诱导的小鼠血糖升高。结论实验结果初步表明穿心莲水煮液有降血糖的作用。
Objective To study the effect of Andrographis paniculata （ Burm. f. ） Nees （ APN ） on blood glucose level in mice. Methods Normal,adrenaline inducing hyperglycemic and alloxan inducing diabetic mice of the Kunming strain were given distilled water,5,10 and 20 g· kg^-1· d^-1 of the water-extract of APN in equal volume by gastrogavage, respectively, for 7 days. Blood glucose levels of the animals in the of the experiment were monitored. Results Administration of both high and low doses of APN was shown to strikingly lower the blood glucose level of the alloxan_induced diabetic mice. The difference was significant（ P 〈 0. 001 ）, as compared with the distilled water group. No significant effects on blood glucose level were observed in normal and adrenaline_induced hyperglycemic mice. Conclusion APN has an excellent effect on hypoglycemic mice.
