摘要
针对飞控系统故障诊断,提出了一种利用动态信息对故障进行检测的新方法。通过建立的作动器正常模型,其解析输出值与作动器末端线位移传感器输出值比较,获得残差向量,对该残差序列采用动态时间规整算法,与已知的故障样本进行匹配,进一步确认和定位故障。由于该算法是一种柔性模式匹配算法,能够对存在全局或局部扩展、压缩或变形的模式进行匹配,解决动态模式的相似度量和分类问题,仿真结果表明,该算法能够准确识别单一故障和组合故障,对噪声干扰具有很好的鲁棒性。
Aiming at fault detection of flight control system, the article presents a new method of fault detection using dynamic data. By constructing a model of normal actuator,and comparing its analytic data with the output data of line displacement sensors, the actuator dispersion vectors are obtained, then the method of DTW is adopted to match the existent samples of fault for assuring and differentiating the fault. Because the arithmetic is one of the flexible pattern arithmetics, it can match the dynamic patterns with complete or partial enlargement or compression or distortion, and solve the problems of similar measurement and classification. The result of simulation indicates that the method can accurately identify single faults and complex faults and is also robust to measuring noise.
