某细粒难选赤褐铁矿提铁降磷新工艺工业试验 被引量:7

Industrial Test on New Process for Iron Increase and Phosphorus Decrease of Fine Refractory Hematite-Limonite Ore

摘要 针对某难选细粒赤、褐铁矿,在小型试验研究已经取得成功的情况下,做了选择焙烧-浸出新工艺工业试验研究,获得了最佳工艺操作条件:焙烧温度1 000℃、回转窑转速1 000 r/h,浸出药剂浓度15%(质量分数),浸出药剂用量液固比R=1∶1,浸出时间8 min。采用自行研制的螺旋连续浸出机作为浸出设备及自行研发成功的新一代浸出降磷药剂作为浸出降磷药剂,最终获得了铁品位63.00%以上,磷品位0.16%,铁回收率90. Industrial test was made based on the successful pilot test on new selective roasting-leaching process for a fine refractory hematite-limonite ore, which obtained the optimal process conditions: the roasting temperature 1 000℃, rotary kiln rotation speed 1 000 r/h, concentration of leachant 15% ( mass fraction), liquid/solid ratio R = 1: 1 and leaching time 8 min. The self-developed spiral continuous leaching machine and the self-developed new generation of a leachant for phosphorous reduction were used in the test. Finally, good metallurgical performances were achieved for the iron concentrate, with the iron grade of over 63.00%, iron recovery of over 90.00% and phosphorous content of below 0. 16%.
