讯问笔录和询问笔录,是公安机关经常使用的法律文书。笔录制作过程中存在的各种毛病和漏洞直接影响其作为证据的法律效力。提高讯问、询问笔录的质量可以从实体、程序、管理三个方面入手,寻找有效的途径。
Interrogation and interview record is a kind of legal writing. Faults in the recording process will directly influence its effectiveness as legal evidence. The quality of interview and interrogation record can be improved from the following three aspectssubstantiality, process and management.
