摘要
本文主要论述了现代信息通讯技术讯猛发展,对高等教育的改革和发展有着积极的作用,它不仅冲击了传统的教育思想和观念,并且为了适应时代和社会发展的需要,教育目标、教育手段、教学方法、教学模式、师生关系、学校管理等必须作出相应调整。但是,在各领域的广泛应用中也存在各种问题,文章有针对性提出了应对的策略。
The paper mainly expounds the positive effect of rapid development of IT on the reform and development of higher education, which has influenced the educational ideology and concept. In order to meet the needs of social development, universities have to make relevant adjusting to the educational aim, method, mode, teacher-student relation and management. So it puts forward relevant countermeasures.
