摘要
通过对２１例室间隔缺损合并动脉导管未闭思考的症状、体征、辅助检查、诊断及治疗的综合分析，指出：该复合畸形肺动脉高压出现早、进展快，极易发展成器质性肺动脉高压；临床诊断有一定困难；但结合体格检查、Ｘ线胸片、彩色多普勒及心血管造影可明确诊断。一旦确诊，尽量早期手术。
children suffering from ventricular septal defect(VSD)with patent ductus arteriosus (PDA),from Jan 1985 to Dec 1994,were studied by sympoth,sign,examination,diagnosis and treatment in the paper.The manifestation of this disease appeared as pulmonary hypertension that occurred early and developed rapidly.The diagnosis depends on a series of examination,including heart signs,X-ray,electrocardiogram,colar B-ultrasonography and angiocardiography.The diagnostic standard is discussed.The authors emphasize the importance of early operation.
