摘要
采用纯中药制剂＂活血通脉胶囊＂治疗８７例高粘血综合征（ＢＨＶＳ）。结果表明：本药具有缓解临床症状和体征，改善眼球结膜徽循环（ＢｃＭ）、甲襞微循环（ＮＦＭ）；降低全血粘度高、低切变率血浆粘度（ηＰ）；红细胞聚集指数（ＲＣＡ）；胆固醇（ＴＣ）、甘油三酯（ＴＧ）的作用，治疗前后差别有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）。同时，对红细胞压积（ＨＣＴ）、红细胞变形指数（ＴＫ）、高密度脂蛋白（ＨＤＬ－Ｃ）、动脉硬化指数（Ａｌ）也有一定作用，但无统计学意义。
Using the Chinese traditional drug which the name is "Capsule of promoting and dredging blood circulation" to treat the 87 cases of hypervisicosity syndrom. The result showed:After therapy using the drug,the clinical symptoms and signs were relaxed,and the microcirculation (BCM,NFM)were improved,the whole blood viscnqity,plasma viscosity and red blood cells aggregntion total chooleteral,and triglycoride decreased,too,It was difference in statistics (P<0.05) between the after and before therapy,for HCT,TK,HDL-C,it had some effects but it was not significant in statistics(P>0.05).
