摘要
从我校近几年的科研工作出发,在实践基础上建立了“经费—管理—效益”的模式,就科研的组织规划、横向联合、青年人成长等几个主要问题进行探讨,并以丰富的事例进行论证,实践证明,这些科研管理论点是正确的,措施是行之有效的。
From research management work of our university in recent years,amodel for“expenditure—management—benefit”is established on the basis ofpactice.The problems about the scientific and technical organization planning,lateral combination and young teacherts' cultivation are investigated and discussedmainly.Here,abundant examples are proven.Practice shows that the views on sci-entific research management are correct and the suggested measures are very ef-fective.
