摘要
以聚甘油、丙烯酸为原料,以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,对苯二酚为阻聚剂,甲苯为溶剂,在110℃回流温度下,利用溶剂酯化法合成了一种水溶性聚甘油丙烯酸酯破乳剂。考察了催化剂用量、阻聚剂用量、反应时间、聚甘油中羟基与丙烯酸摩尔比、不同平均聚合度聚甘油合成的聚甘油丙烯酸酯对原油乳状液脱水率的影响。优化的反应条件为:催化剂用量占反应物总量的2.5%,阻聚剂用量占丙烯酸用量的2%,反应时间10h,聚甘油中羟基与丙烯酸摩尔比为2.6,聚甘油聚合度为6.3,在破乳剂用量为300mg/L时,破乳脱水率达64%。
A kind of water-soluble demulsifier of polyglycerol acrylate was synthesized at 100 ℃ by using the method of solvent esterification with acrylic acid and polyglycerol as raw materials, p-toluene sulfonic acid as catalyst, hydroquinone as inhibitor, and toluene as solvent. The effects of the dosage of catalyst,the dosage of inhibitor,the time of reaction,the mol ratio of hydroxyl to acrylic acid, and the average polymeric degree of polyglycerol on the dehydration rate of the emulsion were investigated. The optimum conditions were a catalyst dosage of the reactant 2. 5 wt%, an inhibitor in acrylic acid 2 wt%, a time of reaction 10 h, a mol ratio of hydroxyl to acrylic 2. 6, and an average polymeric degree of polyglycerol 6.3. Under the optimum condition and at a dosage of demulsifier 300 mg/L,the dehydration rate of the emulsion was 64%.
