痰热清注射液佐治小儿急性呼吸道感染180例临床观察

摘要 目的探讨痰热清注射液治疗小儿急性呼吸道感染(ARI)的疗效及安全性。方法将小儿ARI180例随机分为痰热清组120例与炎琥宁组60例,均予常规抗感染及对症处理,痰热清组则予痰热清入液静滴,炎琥宁组予炎琥宁入液静滴,上感、下感分别连用5～7d和7～10d。结果痰热清组上感显效率85.71%、总有效率97.14%,显著高于炎琥宁组之69.45%和86.11%;痰热清组下感的显效率和总有效率分别为88.00%和96.00%,亦显著高于炎琥宁组之62.50%和83.33%。痰热清组在退热、止咳、咽痛和肺部口罗音消失时间等均显著短于炎琥宁组。结论痰热清注射液佐治小儿ARI疗效满意,毒副作用少。
