摘要
目的:测定复方补骨脂缓释片(补骨脂等)中香豆素和黄酮类成分的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:SUPELCO Discovery C18柱;流动相:甲醇.水梯度洗脱;流速:1mL/min;λ:320nm。结果:补骨脂素、异补骨脂索、异补骨脂黄酮、补骨脂甲素、补骨脂宁、补骨脂乙素、补骨脂双氢黄酮甲醚、补骨脂定、补骨脂查耳酮分别在30.4-152.0、26.4-132.0、13.6-66.0、27.2-136.0、31.2-156.0、48.8-244.0、50.4-252.0、36.0-180.0、8.8-44.0μg/mL之间线性关系良好。补骨脂紊、补骨脂甲紊的回收事分别为98.7%、97.6%。结论:该方法准确可靠,重现性好,适用于复方补骨脂缓释片的质量控制。
AIM:To determine coumarin and flavonoid in Compound Buguzhi Sustained-Release Tablet(Fructus Pseraleae,etc).METHODS:HPLC method was developed.The separation was performed on an ODS column with the mobile phase of CHsOH-H2O.The flow rate was 1 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 320 nm.RESULTS:The result showed that there was good linear relation between the area and the concentration of psoralen,isopsoralen,isobavachin,bavachin,corylin,corylifolinin,bvachinin,psoraidin and bavachalcone within 0.4-152.0,26.4-132.0,13.6-66.0,27.2-136.0,31.2-156.0,48.8-244.0,50.4-252.0,36.0-180.0,8.8-44.0μg/mL.The average recovery of psoralen and bavachin is 98.7%and 97.6%.CONCLUSION:This method is convenient,reliable,and can be used to control the quality of Compound Buguzhi Sustained-Release Tablet.
