摘要
从组织中知识的来源、知识和信息的传播与交流方式、组织记忆的特征以及组织的认知风格等四个方面分析了组织的学习风格,探讨了组织学习的典型促进因素,在此基础上建立了组织学习能力评价指标体系,为组织学习能力的定量评价奠定了基础。
The organizational learning style is analyzed from four aspects: the source of organization knowledge, transmission and communion style of organization knowledge and information, characteristics of organization memory and cognition style. The facilitating factors of organizational learning are also discussed. Then the evaluation system of organizational learning is developed, which lays foundation for quantitative evaluation for organizational learning ability.
