摘要
目的评价"知信行"营养教育对2型糖尿病患者健康促进的影响。方法在教育大课堂选择2型糖尿病患者116例接受"知信行"营养教育干预,同时选择100例接受常规教育的患者作为对照组。以糖尿病相关营养知识、生化监测指标等作为观察指标,干预期限为6个月。结果干预组中有98例完成随诊。干预组患者在糖球病营养知识、营养素摄入量以及代谢指标等方面与对照组差异均有统计学意义。其中糖化血红蛋白分别为(6.1±0.9)%和(7.7±2.3)%(t=6.421,P<0.01),血清甘油三酯水平分别为(1.9±0.8)mmol/L 和(3.4±0.8)mmol/L(t=13.191,P<0.01)。结论 "知信行"营养教育坚持开展个体化治疗,使患者增进知识,改变对待营养治疗的态度,并进一步付诸行动,从而改善临床治疗效果,最终达到增进健康的目的。
Objective To evaluate the effects of nutritional education by "knowledge, attitude and behavior" on health improvement in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods One hundred and sixteen patients with type 2 diabetes were selected with nutritional education intervention by "knowledge, attitude and behavior", and another 100 diabetic patients as control group with regular education for six months, to follow up their changes in awareness of diabetes-related nutritional knowledge and biochemical examinations. Results Ninety-eight patients in intervention group completed follow-up. Awareness of diabetes-related nutritional knowledge, intake of nutrients and indices of metabolism in intervention group were significantly different from those in control group, including serum level of glycosylated hemoglobin Ale (HbAlc) [ (6. 1 ± 0. 9) % vs. (7.7 ± 2. 3 ) %, t = 6. 421, P 〈 0. 01 ], serum level of triglyceride [ ( 1.9 ± 0. 8 ) mmol/L vs. (3.4 ±0.8) retool/L, t = 13. 191, P 〈 0.01] . Conclusions Their awareness and attitude to nutritional treatment can be improved and their behavior can be changed through nutritional education by "knowledge, attitude and behavior" and coherent individualized treatment for patients with type 2 diabetes, finally improving their health.
