摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声检测重度贫血患者心脏结构和心功能的可行性。方法分重度贫血组（１１６例）和对照组（１００例），应用ＡＬＴ公司ＭＫ－６００ＵＭ－９及惠普１５００型彩色多普勒，按美国超声协会推荐的测量方法，取标准化左室长轴切面进行测量，各组资料数据以ｘ±ｓ表示，统计学处理采用双侧ｔ检验。结果重度贫血组与对照组除右室内径（ＲＶＤ）和左室收缩末期容量无差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）外，其它各项心脏结构和心功能参数相比较均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１～０．００１），尤以左室舒张末期容量（ＥＤＶ）和心率（ＨＲ）为著（Ｐ＜０．００１），重度贫血组和对照组分别为１４６．１±５３．４、１１４．３±３９．３和９１．１±１５．３、７１．３±７．６。结论彩色多普勒超声是检测重度贫血患者心脏结构和心功能变化的一种有效而可靠的无创性方法。
Objective To explore the changes of structure and functions of the heart by color Doppler flow imaging in cases of chronic severe anemia (CSA).Methods The subjects were divided into anemia group (116 cases) and control group(100 cases). The section of left ventricle were detected and the results were standardized by the method recommended by American Association of Ultrasonics, the values were treated by t test. Results As compared with control group, except the dimension of right ventricle and left ventriclar end systolic volume. there were significant difference in other parameters of cardiac structure and function (P<0.01￣0.001) in CSA group, especially in left ventricular end diastolic volume and heart rate (P<0.001), their values were 146.1±53.4ml, 114.3±39.3ml and 91.1±1
