摘要
远程数据库访问（ＲｅｍｏｔｅＤａｔａｂａｓｅＡｃｃｅｓｓ，ＲＤＡ）是构造分布式数据库系统的关键技术之一，其实现直接依赖于网间的进程通信。本文在对ＲＤＡ进程通信的概念、模型以及实现层次进行分析的基础上，结合我们研制的分布式工程数据库管理系统ｄＥＤＢＭＳ，对远程数据库访问实现中的进程结构、并发服务、客户／服务器通信等问题进行了较为深入的探讨。
Remote Database Access(RDA) is one of the key techniques in building distributed database systems. Its implementation depends directly upon the network process communicatioll. This paper analyses the concept, model and implementation layer of RDA communication first, and then in the basis of the dEDBMS system--a distributed engineering database management system, discusses thoroughly the process architecture, concurrent service, client--server communication in the implementation of remote database access.
