摘要
我国自2003年7月开始实施工程量清单以来,由于外部环境不配套,实施难度较大,本文从清单条件下的网络评标入手,从网络评标与信息资源建设、工程造价信息系统层次、工程造价信息在网络评标中的应用三个方面论述信息资源在网络评标中的重要性,以论证没有工程造价信息资源的建设网络评标就无法进行这一结论。
Due to the unfitness of external environments, it is extremely difficult to carry out the bill of quantity evaluating since July, 2003. The article starts with the bid evaluation in network system, and wants to prove that bid evaluation in network system would not come ture without the construction of data of the cost engineering. The three key points are as follows： the bid evaluation in network system and the construction of data stock, the levels of data system, and the data application in bid evaluation in network system.
