摘要
目的研究唐古特白刺中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法采用单因素试验确定唐古特白刺中总黄酮的最佳提取条件,通过紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量,并用正交试验确定各因素的影响大小。结果温度对唐古特白刺中总黄酮的提取影响作用最大,唐古特白刺中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为乙醇75%、料液比1∶7、温度85℃、提取4次(2h.次-1)。结论本研究可为唐古特白刺中总黄酮工业化提取提供理论依据。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids in Nitraria tangutorun Bobr. METHODS: Single factor experiment was conducted to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids in fruit of Nitraria tangutorun Bobr. The content of total flavonoids was determined by UV spectrophotometer. The influence of each factor was measured in orthogonal experiments. RESULTS: The temperature had the greatest effect on the extraction of total flavonoids. The optimum condition was as follows: 75% ethanol,85℃, 1 : 7(W/V) and extracting 4 times (2h each time). CONCLUSION: This study provides the rationale for the industrial production.
