摘要
本文对移动通信、公众电话交换网等窄带信道中的几种视频压缩编码方法,以及模型基、波形基等概念和有关框图作了介绍,最后叙述了一种移动信道中恒定码率的可视电话信号的压缩方法。
This paper introduces sev- eral video compressive coding methods to the narrow band chanel in mobile communica- tion and PSTN, and the con- cepts of model-based coding and wave-based coding as well as the related schemes. At the end of the pa- per a constant bitrate video- phone signal compressing method is also expounded.
