摘要
电子政务是指社会职能部门通过整合政府资源、企业资源、社会资源和社会服务形成统一的网络集成平台,并在此基础上运用现代信息技术进行大部分政务处理以及履行政府职能的过程和行为。本文在此基础上,探讨了电子政务系统在发展过程中所遇到的技术问题,并提出了一种基于数字图书馆的电子政务运行模型。
