摘要
基于共享工程的数据特点和共享工程省级分中心的设计要求的分析,提出了基于元数据和IIMS的文化信息综合管理系统的设计模型,建立了模拟现实社会行政管理机制进行用户分级管理和收费的模式,着重阐述了文化信息综合管理系统框架的设计思想和相关技术,最后对共享工程四川省分中心试验系统进行了测试。
On the basis of analysis of data characters of the National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project and the design requirement for the Culture Information Integrated Management System, the design model of the Culture Information Integrated Management System based on metadata and IIMS is brought forward, and the pattern for the users to be gradually managed and for a unit to be charged in total is setup, simulating the administration management mechanism in real society. The idea how to design the system framework and the correlative techniques are mainly expatiated. Finally, the experimental system of SCC - IIMS is tested.
