摘要
应用巢式样方法和积累样方法,以贝加尔针茅(Stipabaicalensis)-线叶菊(Filifoliumsibiricum)群落和羊草(Leymuschinensis)-杂类草群落为代表,研究了松嫩平原草地植物多样性取样强度。结果表明,最小面积为1/41/2m2;1,1/4,1/6m2的最小取样数分别是1012,1822,2528个,超过最小取样数后3种面积多样性指数在95%概率水平差异不显著;
This paper studied the sampling intensity of plant diversity of grassland communities in the Songnen Plain of northeast China, with the nested quadrat and the pooled quadrat methods and Stipa baicalensis Filifolium sibiricum community and Leymus chinensis herbage community as deputies. The results showed that the minimal area was 1/4~1/2 m 2; the minimal sampling number of 1, 1/4 and 1/6 m 2 was 10 ̄12, 18 ̄22 and 25 ̄28 respectively; The above three types of area might get unanimous results in the indices of diversity at 95% of probability level; a large number of small quadrats was preferable to a small number of large quadrats.
