摘要
为建立以高效液相色谱法测定愈风宁心片中葛根素含量的方法,设计了色谱柱为十八烷基键合硅胶柱,甲醇、水、冰醋酸体积比依次为24.8∶75∶0.2的流动相,流速为1.5mL/min,检测波长为250nm的测定试验。结果表明在0.60～3.00μg检测范围之间,对照品溶液微克数与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程Y=5840436.33X-1105306.40,r=0.9997。平均回收率分别为99.82%、101.23%,RSD分别为0.98%、1.04%。
In order to determine the content of Puerarin in Yufeng Ningxin Tablet, HPLC was adopted. In this experiment ODS C18 column was used as column, methanol.water.glacial acetic acid （24.8：75：0.2） was used as the mobile phase, the detection wave-length was set at 250nm. The results showed there was a good linear relationship between consistence and apex-area when the detection range was 0.60～3.00ug. The regress equation was Y=5 840 436.333X-1 105 306.400, r=0.999 7. The recovery of the added sample were 99.82% and 101.23%, RSD were 0.98% and 1.04%.
