摘要
作者１９９０年１０月～１９９５年１０月五年间，共收治急性重症胆管炎８３例，治愈７５例，死亡８例，其中手术死亡５例，另外３例因入院时已出现ＭＯＦ，未经手术而死亡。本病病情危重，死亡率高。本文对ＡＣＳＴ的诊断及治疗进行了讨论。
Author reported 83 cases with A C S T from October 1990 to October 1995.75 cured, 8 died, 5 of 8 underwent surgical treatment,3 of 8 suffered from Multiple System organ Failure when admitted to hospital, were treatment with conservative method. The disease is seriour and mortality is high. The diagnosis and treatment of ACST were also discussed.
